• Commissioning and service work on machines and systems in major projects with assembly phases of a few weeks to six months, both nationally and internationally.
• Coordination of own fitters as well as external and subcontractors.
• Supporting employees in the continuous improvement of work processes.
• Deadline and cost control: monitoring and adherence to deadlines, quality specifications and costs.
• Monitoring and checking work performance and results.
• Routine preparation of reports on the project status, including necessary documents such as plant overviews and revision plans.
• Regular coordination with customers, suppliers and subcontractors as well as internal communication with the project management.

• Customer projects (mechanical and plant engineering), starting with the conclusion of the contract through to commissioning at the customer
• Project planning, ensuring execution, project controlling and coordination with the specialist and support departments

• Responsibility for the project planning and commissioning of the controls for the process engineering processes of our machines and systems

• Development of customer-specific offers in close coordination with the sales and engineering team
• Technical consulting for existing and new customers including on-site visits worldwide
• Development and implementation of business and marketing strategies

• Procurement of raw materials, components and operating resources for the production of machines
• Searching for suppliers, negotiating prices and conditions, as well as monitoring delivery times and quality

• Interesting tasks in industrial control construction for our machines and systems (hydraulic universal fruit presses, fruit and vegetable mills). This includes the mechanical structure, the assembly of electrical components, equipment labeling, wiring, commissioning and the electrical installation of machines and systems
• The internal commissioning and acceptance of our machines according to electrical diagrams as well as the creation of the specifications and acceptance protocols round off this versatile task
• Occasional opportunities to visit customers for new installations, modifications or troubleshooting
