We are pleased to announce cooperation with Bucher Merk Process GmbH moving forward. For our customers, this means holistic plant concepts from extraction to vacuum drying with a reduced number of interfaces and easier project handling. 
 
Together we draw on an extensive product portfolio of extraction and evaporation systems, vacuum dryers and pilot scale plants, with all system concepts developed manufactured in accordance with the current recommendations of GMP, FDP and HACCP.

Since 1969, SCHRADER Verfahrenstechnik GmbH has been developing and manufacturing turnkey extraction systems that are used to obtain liquid extracts from a wide variety of raw materials. In order to achieve optimal results, every concept is developed in close cooperation with the customer. Manufactured at the site in Ennigerloh, and assembled and put into operation on site by our employees, we are proud of our high level of vertical production depth. 

Bucher Merk Process GmbH (part of Bucher Unipektin AG since 2021) has been successfully building customer-oriented vacuum drying systems since 1994. Our expertise is based on many years of practical experience in plant construction, coupled with economical and innovative engineering knowledge. At the site in Laufenburg, Germany, a technical centre is available for the development of new drying processes, as well as procedures and energy optimisation, in which the various drying methods can be mapped.
