"When I started my apprenticeship as a commercial clerk at Bucher Guyer AG in 2012, I would never have thought that I would still be at Bucher today. After completing my apprenticeship in 2015, I went to a subsidiary in England for six months to improve my language skills. In April 2016, I then joined Bucher Unipektin as a clerk in the assembly and maintenance department. I am very grateful for this opportunity after my apprenticeship. Over the years, I have continued to develop, completed my vocational baccalaureate, successfully completed further training to become a federally certified management specialist and am currently still in further training to become Head of Technical Customer Service. I have been able to develop not only educationally but also professionally. In July 2021, I took over as Head of the Assembly and Maintenance department and since 01.09.2023 I have also been Deputy Head of Customer Service in Switzerland. I am very grateful and proud of my 12 years at Bucher and look forward to the future."

After my apprenticeship, I was offered a permanent position and have now been working at Bucher Unipektin AG for more than 10 years.
